Dawn shared some details regarding Elyria’s Comprehensive Plan, which is being updated for the first time since the 1970’s. The plan hopes to guide city policy and decisions, combine city plans into one document, and provide the basis for zoning, land use decisions, and capital improvement plans. (10:33)
