COLUMBIA TWP. — A woman was taken to the hospital after she lost control of her car and flipped into a ravine on state Route 252 this afternoon.
Her injuries didn’t appear to be life-threatening, however, and rescuers credited that to the fact she was wearing her seat belt.
According to rescuers, she lost control of the four-door car and flipped into a ravine about a mile north of state Route 82 about 2 p.m.
The car came to rest right-side up over a small creek.
The woman was taken to Southwest General Hospital in Middleburg Heights. Her condition was not yet available.
