8:40am – This Black Friday take you shopping skills to Oberlin. Janet Haar of the Oberlin Business Partnership let us know about the fun festivities taking place in Oberlin this Black Friday during the big shopping day.

7:20am – Diabetes is a leading cause of new cases of blindness in people age 20-74. This morning Dr. Michael Cooney let us know more about diabetic eye disease and how it is affecting 29 million people in the United States.

7:40amKatie Bevan and Kat Evers of the United Way of Greater Lorain County stopped by the station this morning to let us know about the upcoming Zero Proof Mix-Off next Thursday.

8:10am – On Dec. 2 the National Museum of the Great Lakes will screen a documentary about the WWII on the Great Lakes in Lakewood. This morning we learned more about the film and the museum with executive director Chris Gillcrist.

8:40amVenessa Klesta of the Lorain County Metro Parks told Bruce and Craig about the holiday themed trails and displays being presented by the Metro Parks this year.

7:40am – Game Worn author Stephen Wong told us about his new book and the game worn uniforms that have shaped America’s pastime.

8:10amDr. David Spigel, chief scientific officer and director of the Lung Cancer Research Program at Sarah Cannon Research Institute, taught us about Lung Cancer and how new studies that have allowed for better treatment of the disease.

8:40am – Browns are still looking for their first win after falling to Pittsburgh on Sunday. This morning we spoke with the Chronicle Telegram’s Scott Petrak about the current state of Cleveland’s football team.

Extra – On Friday, the Second harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio welcomed in politician’s to help pack food packages for those in need. While there our own Craig Adams spoke with Julie Chase Morefield, executive director of the Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio.
