Memorial Day Parade in Avon organized and sponsored by the Avon/Avon Lake VFW Post 7035. This year’s parade, starts at the Avon Senior Center on Detroit Road and will end at the Avon Center Cemetery at the corner of Detroit Road and Route 83, will begin at 9 a.m. on Monday.
North Royalton’s annual Memorial Day ceremony will take place at 9 a.m. May 27 at the Veterans Memorial at North Royalton cemetery on Royalton Road. The event will include speakers and a gun salute from members of the North Royalton Police Department and Strongsville VFW Post 3345.
