The Community West Foundation in partnership with AM930 WEOL sponsored a “Blast for Kids”. For every home run hit by the Cleveland Indian’s in the 2013 season the Community West Foundation donated $100 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Lorain County. For every Grand Slam hit the club received $500. And the grand total was (drumroll) $19,000!
