Coach Connell, a 2014 Elyria grad, has had a lot of tremendous coaches and leaders of his own over the years, including guys like Ed Piazza. Coach shared some of his coaching inspirations, how he’s developed his own coaching style, and where he hopes to take the Pioneers baseball program in the coming years!
