8:20am – The Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio is conducting their annual Harvest for Hunger campaign. This morning Second Harvest Food Bank’s Susan Bartosch and Lorain County Commissioner Lori Kokoski joined us to talk more about the campaign.11:25
Just before the Lorain County Boys All-Star Basketball game on March 25th, Elyria Catholic’s Dorian Crutcher was named 2018 Lorain County Mr. Basketball.
This year Crutcher borke the career points record at Elryria Catholic with 1,287 points, pushing him past the previous record of 1,220 points set by Bobby Holiday.
The Panthers senior also set a new Elyria Catholic single season record with 82 three-pointers. He did all this while also averaging a career high 24 points per game.
Crutcher is the third Panther to win the Lorain County Mr. Basketball Award and the first to do so since Eric Barnes in 1990.
