This weeks Kolczun & Kolczun Gridiron Clash on the radio features Firelands at Vermilion. The Falcons dropped their first game of the season to Edison, before getting back to their winning ways with a 51-8 victory over the Brooklyn Hurricanes. Logan Strader set the pace for Firelands by running the opening kick off back 60 yards for the games first score. Firealands never looked back after that. The Vermilion Sailors are 2-0 on the season after picking up impressive wins over Clearview and Fairview. Our Kolczun & Kolczun Gridiron Clash online features the Eagles of North Olmsted at Avon. Despite early season injuries, Avon has powered it’s way to a 2-0 record. Last week Avon opened up Southwestern Conference play with an impressive 31-7 win over their rivals from Avon Lake. Avon did most of their damage in the second half of the game scoring three third quarter touchdowns in the victory. North Olmsted enters week two coming off of a tough 41-6 loss to Midview. However, North Olmsted should feel at home this week having played their previous two games at Avon High due to the construction of their home field. Pregame begins at 6:30pm on WEOL.com Stream 2.

This week’s Tri-C Medina County match up features an undefeated Medina team traveling to take on  Wadsworth . The Bees advanced to 2-0 with an impressive 70-14 win over Kenston. Quarterback John Curtis threw for 258 yards and three touchdowns in the lopsided affair. Wadsworth enters week three coming off of a 35-0 loss to Wooster.
