On Thursday, June 23rd at 6pm, the United Way of Greater Lorain County will hold their first ever Spellebrate Lorain County: A Night at the Bee! fundraiser. Among the local celebrities competing for the Lorain spelling crown will be WEOL’s own Tim Alcorn. The Morning Show’s Bruce VanDyke will also be in attendance as the Bee’s official pronouncer.

The funds from the event will go to help support the Lorain County Volunteer Connection. Tickets cost $30 and  include a dinner, drink and even a chance to win some great prizes. You can reserve your seat online at www.handsonneo.org or by texting Spellebrate to 41444.
