David Blatt is out Tyronn Lue is in. Do the Cavaliers have what it takes now to win it all? We talked with the Medina Gazettes Rick Noland all about the Cavs chances this morning.

The University Hospital’ has opened their new rehab clinic in Avon. UH CEO Thomas Zenty talked about the importance of this new facility at yesterdays ribbon cutting ceremony.

Avon Mayor Bryan Jensen came by the show this morning to tell us about the new things coming to the city in 2016.

On Tuesday night the 14-2 Lorain Titans traveld to 14-3 Garfield Heights. While the Titans took a three point lead into the break, Garfield Heights would ultimately come away with the victory behind a 56% shooting performance in the second half. Daviere Andrews led Lorain with 20 points in the game. The Bulldogs leading scorer was Marreon Jackson with 17 points. The loss ends a five game winning streak for the Titans.

 

Tom Hutchison Celebrates 40 Years at WEOL

Today Tom Hutchison and the WEOL staff celebrated perhaps one of the greatest tenures in broadcasting. 40-years ago today Tom was hired at WEOL as an on-air announcer.  Today Tom is the man behind the commercials you hear on the station serving  WEOL as the Continuity and Production Director.  Thank you, Tom, for all you do here at WEOL.

The current education models have been turned on their head in the new book, Every Child can be a Super Reader. This morning co-author Ernest Morrell came by the show to tell us about readings seven strengths and how teaching them to your child could give them a leg up on life.
