On Tuesday night the 14-2 Lorain Titans traveld to 14-3 Garfield Heights. While the Titans took a three point lead into the break, Garfield Heights would ultimately come away with the victory behind a 56% shooting performance in the second half. Daviere Andrews led Lorain with 20 points in the game. The Bulldogs leading scorer was Marreon Jackson with 17 points. The loss ends a five game winning streak for the Titans.
Today Tom Hutchison and the WEOL staff celebrated perhaps one of the greatest tenures in broadcasting. 40-years ago today Tom was hired at WEOL as an on-air announcer.
