This week featured a Girls/Boys Double header on Tuesday night between Amherst and Firelands. The opening game of he night pitted two girls teams who have found early success on the season, while the boys game featured a Comets team looking for the first win and a Falcons squad who was looking to get back to .500.  Click on the scores below to hear the games on demand.

In the nights opening game Amherst worked their way to a come from behind victory with strong three point shooting and suffocating defense. Amherst’s Sydney Roule led all scorers in the game with 20 points. Tori Grasso led the Falcons with 18 Points in the game.

Boys GameFalcons Comets Boys Final

In the boys game the Comets picked up their first win under first year head coach Pat Bray. Leading the way for the Comets was Carter Zajokowski who tallied a team high 11 points . Despite the loss, Firelands’ Jeremy Simonovich had a game high 13 points.
