John Telich: Browns Active at Deadline Heading into Bye Week

While the Cleveland Browns weren’t big sellers at the trade deadline, they did make one move in dealing defensive end Za’Darius Smith to the Detroit Lions. As the team hits the bye week, what is there to look forward to in the second half of the season? Do the Browns chase wins, or is the tank on?
