Every year college grads toss their caps in the air and their resumes into the pile at company after company.

Sadly, their dreams, all too often, quickly get dashed as the job market is tough.

This is where non-profit Venture for America steps in.

Cleveland Community Director, Corey Patrick, joined the guys to talk about how the organization is helping grads find work that will then guide them to create their own roadmap to success!
