A new NBA season will be here before we know it. When it comes, our Cleveland Cavaliers will be taking the floor in a trio of new uniforms!

Per a release on NBA.com, “The updated brand identity and logo collection was created to reflect today’s Cavs, a young and talented team defining a new era for the franchise. The new look brings back the reflective, shiny, proper Cavaliers Gold that originated in the early 80’s and re-emerged in the details of the 2003-10 uniforms.”

While Hugh Jackman is performing “The Music Man” on Broadway, Todd Meany of Fox 8 will be taking on the same role this month right here! Todd is playing the role of Professor Harold Hill in “The Music Man”, next weekend July 21, 22, and 23 at Fairview High School! The Avon high school wrestling program now has a new head coach! Mark Jayne takes over for Jeremy Johnson who left for Aurora earlier this year. Jayne is the son of former Elyria wrestling coach Frank Jayne, and was a three-time state champion wrestler at St. Edward in the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Jayne has had previous coaching stops at Gates Mills Hawken and St. Edward as well as multiple high schools in Illinois.

Shrek the Musical is coming to the Lorain Community Music Theater from July 15th-24th! Live in studio joining the guys was Craig Koehler, the producer of the musical, as well as Alex Craig who will be playing the role of the big green ogre, Shrek, himself!
