Rick Simmons is gearing up for the Northcoast 24 Hour Endurance Run here in Cleveland. Today he stopped by the morning show to talk about how one prepares for the day long race.

The United way of Greater Lorain County is teaming up with the Horizon Education Center for the Ready Set Go Community Collaborative. The United Way’s Bill Harper and Horizon Education Center’s Nicolle Bellmore-Pierse told us why the two charities are teaming up for this cause.

A graduated of the Cleveland Institute of Art and now a top interior designer for Sherwin-Williams, Sue Wadden stopped by The Morning Show today to give us some low coast DIY tips that will make big changes to your home.

The Indians picked up five wins in a row last week. Tribe VP Bob DiBiasio gave us his take on the red hot Indians.

The Browns picked up their first preseason win of the year Saturday night against Tampa Bay. The Chronicles’ Scott Petrak talked to Bruce and Craig today about how the Browns were able to pull out the victory.
