Here is the week 9 Lorain County Community College High School Blitz

A Look at last weeks finals, and the games ahead on the week 8 edition of the Lorain County Community College High School Blitz with Tim Alcorn.

This High School Football Season, Jamies Carpet Shop donated $10 to the Second Harvest Foodbank of North Central Ohio for every touchdown scored during a WEOL radio broadcast.

During the final game of the season on 10/27, Avon Lake hosted Midview. The two sides combined for four touchdowns before Midview pulled out a 17-13 victory. Those scores, combined with the $980 already earned this year, bring the grand total to be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio to $1,020.

WEOL would like to thank Jamies Carpet Shop for the generous donation and of course the Second Harvest Foo Bank of North Central Ohio for helping to tackle hunger in Ohio.
