It’s a busy time of year over at the United Way of Greater Lorain County, and Marketing and Engagement Director Colleen Walts stopped by to tell us what’s going on!

First, it’s time to “Fill the Bus” with the UW’s annual Fill the Bus drive! This helps get supplies to school districts across the county to help out teachers who have to pay for their own supplies out of pocket.

Plus, residents are encouraged to take the UW’s transportation survey.

Finally, Colleen recapped this year’s Community Impact Celebration!

We’re back on the Main Street Beat as this week, we head to Oberlin and the Oberlin Business Partnership!

Director Janet Haar talked about a number of upcoming events, including the Tunes on Tappan Supper Concert Series, the Oberlin Famers Market dates and times, and the Downtown Oberlin Architecture Walking Tour!
