Monday, 5/05/14

The month of May is here after a tough month of April for the Tribe.  We checked in with Vice President Bob DiBiasio.

Once upon a time, Paulette Penzvalto was a news person here at WEOL.  Now, she is a very-much-in-demand opera singer based in New York City.  Paulette will be returning to the area soon for a special performance and we caught up!

Friday, 5/02/14

We began the show by taking a look at a money issue on the ballot in the Keystone School System.  Superintendent Jay Arbaugh was in-studio with the details.

We run for the roses with Petrendologist Charlotte Reed and Dr. Michael Fleck from the grounds of the Kentucky Derby.

It has been said, ‘travelgirl is more than a magazine, it’s a feeling.’  We took a trip with Editor Stephanie Oswald!

Thursday, 5/01/14

Today, we focused on several issues on the May primary ballot.  Guests included Elyria Schools Superintendent Paul Rigda & Communications and Public Affairs Coordinator Amy Higgins, North Ridgeville Mayor David Gillock, Debbie Pillivant of the Elyria Public Library System and Rick Novak, Executive Director of the Lorain Port Authority.

Viewers voted Elyria teacher Stacie Starr into the five finalists of the “LIVE Top Teacher Search” on the “LIVE with Kelly and Michael” morning show… today she joined the WEOL morning show!
