We kick off our broadcast with Avon resident, U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown at 7:05am.

Avon Mayor Jim Smith will take time out of his vacation on the Gulf Coast to chat with us by telephone at 7:40am.

Author/educator/entrepreneur Stella Daisa Moga Kennedy will stop by at 8:10am to talk about Le Chaperon Rouge, a regional chain of daycare centers and private schools.

Dr. Richard Hausrod – Medical Director of the EMH Avon ER joins us at 8:20.

Lorain County’s newest Metropark is the Miller Nature Preserve on Route 83, and we’ll talk with Park Manager Linda Paull at 8:40am.

Brad Calabrese, General Manager of the EMH Health and Fitness Center, joins us at 8:20.

The Tribe’s Bob DiBiasio joins the party to tell us what’s going on with Indians baseball.

Tuesday 5-15-12

Willoway Nurseries on Route 83 is one of the largest wholesale providers in the entire country, and we’ll talk with owner Tom Demaline at 7:40am.

The Chemtron Corporation is an environmental containment clean up service, and at 8:10am, we’ll check in with Rob and Tim Guenther.

Donna Kelly is the new supervisor of the Avon Branch of the Lorain Public Library System, and we’ll meet her at 8:40am.

Jan Biedenbach from Exhale Spa relaxes us at 8:50.

Brad Calabrese, General Manager of the EMH Health and Fitness Center, joins us at 8:20.

Wednesday 5-16-12

Opening Day is almost here and Michael Keefe from the Lake Erie Crushers will give us a preview of the upcoming season at 7:20am.

The Avon Senior Center has expanded, and at 7:40am, we’ll talk with Director Carm Barbera.

The annual Duct Tape Festival has become one of Avon’s largest community events, and we’ll get the inside scoop from spokeswoman Patty Sack at 8:10am.

Carrie Lopez, Manager of EMH Rehabilitation Services, joins us at 8:20.

Dr. Donald Sheldon, President and CEO of EMH Healthcare, joins us at 8:30.

It wasn’t long ago that Avon was a community of few roads and a lot of farms. We’ll talk about the changes with Jack Smith of the Avon Historical Society at 8:40am.
