Mannheim Steamroller’s An American Christmas is a long-form 12-hour, highly produced program, comprised of the stories and legends surrounding the holiday, all keyed to today’s popular and traditional Christmas music. The 12 Days of Christmas broadcast each day at 8:35am & 4:50pm December 7th, 10th-14th, 17th – 21st and Christmas Eve 2012. The programs are hosted by Chip Davis, founder of the top-selling Mannheim Steamroller. In 60 seconds, listeners learn about the origin of Christmas trees, Santa, hanging stockings, eggnog, Christmas Cards, and more.
