On Thursday, Senator Sherrod Brown spoke with Bruce and Craig on the WEOL Morning Show.

During their conversation, Sen. Brown gave his take on President Trump’s tax reform plans, his plan to extend the Children’s Health Insurance Program CHIP and his take on the current issues going on in this country.

2017 Zero-Proof Mix Off

This year’s Zero-Proof Mix Off presented by the Lorain County General Health District and Lorain County Community College will take place Thursday, Dec. 7, and WEOL’s Bull’s Eye on the Afternoon will be there.

Join Bull and Matt from 3pm-6pm as they go live from the Spitzer Conference Center on the Campus of LCCC for the 16th Annual Zero-Proof Mix Off. During the show we will speak with the members of the Lorain County General Health District who put on the event, the contestants who make the drinks and the judges who decide who will take home this years big prize.

While we take the airwaves until 6pm, the Zero-Proof Mix Off officially begins at 5:30pm and will run until 7:30pm. Aside from the delicious non-alcoholic drinks this years event will also feature live music, prizes to be given away and much more. The best part, there is no charge to come and taste the more than 20 delicious drinks that are mixed by local agencies and organizations. You can even take home a recipe book so that you can give guest at your holiday parties a great non-alcoholic drink alternative.
