Enjoy Local cuisine and hang out with Bull’s Eye on the Afternoon Wednesday, May 15th at the Third Annual Taste of Elyria at Life Care Center of Elyria.

Bull and Matt will go live from the event from 3pm-4pm, just before the doors open to the public.

If you can’t get to the event, make sure to tune in to AM930 starting at 3pm on Wednesday to learn more about Taste of Elyria.

If you can make it, the fun runs from 4pm -7pm at Life Care Center of Elyria at 1212 South Abbe Road. The event will feature food and wine from the area and a silent auction.

Tickets are $10 each and proceeds from the day support the American Heart Association’s Lorain County Heart Walk.

The Avon Lake Scholastic team of Natalie Miller, Irwin Deng and Connor McNeil advanced to the Scholastic Games of Lorain County Presented by the Elyria Public Library Championship with a 470-220 victory over the Elyria Team of Matthew Carson, John Schuman and Garrett Worden on Monday night.

Avon Lake jumped out to an early 30 point lead  answering all their questions correctly in the Initial round and Current Events Round. They never looked back, extending their lead as the game went on advancing to finals where they will take on Avon next Monday at 3pm on WEOL.
